As a Regional Facility Manager will lead in the delivery of the day-to-day facility operations, services, and maintenance activities across the Baker Hughes sites in the sub region. The position ensures assets are operated and maintained in a cost effective non-impacted manner while providing a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment
As a Regional Facility Manager - APAC, you will be responsible for:
Managing flawless execution of the day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure efficient service delivery
Achieving cost savings through maximizing utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors and identifying additional efficiency opportunities, consistent with goals and objectives
Operating and maintaining assets a in a cost effective and non-impacted manner to maximize added value
Developing and managing facility operating budgets to achieve goals and objectives addressed by management
Developing and implementing innovative programs, processes and projects to increase productivity or longevity
Leading the development of portfolio's facility annual capital plan including infrastructure upgrades and building modifications to ensure the portfolio's future capabilities are maintained

To be successful in this role you will:
Have demonstrate considerable experience in facility management including the site experience
Show the ability to strategically plan and implement innovative solutions to improve cost, performance and availability
Show extensive experience in planning and supervision
Have in-depth knowledge of the building codes, statutory and compliance requirements in the Asia Pacific region
Be fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin desirable
