Key Responsibilities include: To head the Finance department with duties such as overseeing Banking & Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Cash Flow Management and etc Be abusiness partner to the CEO in the efficient management of the operations and serve as the focal point for all financial matters coming from different offices Maintain financial and systems control within Corporate policies as well as assisting in Business Decision-Making with Regional Head of Departments Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports and information reports across regional offices Manage treasury, finance, accounting and compliance functions with the standardisation of frameworks, internal controls and standard operating procedures Provides strategic financial inputs and leadership for the company covering; growth, new markets, investments, cash flows management and etc Ensures compliance with all tax reporting requirements for different countries within SEA regions including income tax, sales tax, service tax, withholding tax and etc Having professional qualification with a recognised global or international accounting body such as ACCA, CPA and etc Strong leadership skills with good experience in managing employees based in different countries If you are interested, please send your updated CV to ********** for a confidential discussion.
