Details of the offer

Management: • Represents the IMN department at the regional & global level with all stakeholders. This includes the liaison with
the operations, the medical director and the Sales communities as well as the ability to escalate major issues and
seek for resolution of problems,
• Lead & coordinate the team of local network managers: including management of regional IMN monthly
conference, annual regional IMN seminar, and global IMN communication.
• Contribute to local IMN manager recruitment, retention, training, and coaching and performance management as
appropriate.
• Define and implement the yearly Regional Target Letter with precise objectives for the development of the IMN in
the region and assign network development requirements to local medical network teams (including both direct
provider relationship and Third Party Administrators)
• Administer the regional travel budget and arbitrate providers ‘audit priorities.
• Consolidate, analyse and report on IMN performance on 4 key missions at Regional level: including compliance to
quality controls, cost containment, orientation and on time payment to providers.

Build the Network:
• Ensure & supervise selection, credentialing, contracting of the required IMN providers in the region according to
international needs, in terms of provider types, coverage of locations, specialties and client requests.
• Drive the “Network of Networks” strategy at the Regional level integrating key domestic/local networks into
International Medical Networks in line with AXA Group IPMI needs, with a specific direct responsibility on Malaysia
IMN development.

Ensure Cost Efficiency:
• Set procurement targets and key deliverables – including Regional IMN Strategy & Roadmaps.
• Report monthly and ensure quarterly concrete progresses on cost-containment objectives.
• Engage with finance department to ensure alignment and resolve issues regarding payment lead-time, provider
negotiations, and orientation savings.
• Upon request, support in identification and resolution of fraud/leakage issues with Finance and Risk teams.

Support the Business:
• Support Regional Sales teams in liaison with central teams by providing them all global medical network
information needed to promote IMN.
• Contribute to regional or global tenders by providing all required network information at global and regional level.
This can include supporting Sales in client ‘meetings.
• Identify regional business/client requirements in terms of IMN and escalate them to IMN Direction
• Design & build customized IMN for specific clients & support the roll-out of large contracts. This includes but not
limitative to the following networks: Elite, Japanese cashless, IPMI dedicated networks.

Quality & Knowledge Management:
• Responsible for information sharing, monitoring of quality and CTY software.

• Roll out Group quality management standards & processes and ensure alignment in the countries: including
training, credentialing, site visits, quality follow up
• Ensure training and coordination of local medical network managers in the region, including provision of training
material & tools, Group standards, templates, contracts.
• Conduct internal controls & tests to ensure quality standards are being used to ensure compliance/enforcement
with Group procedures
• Ensure medical network transcription into the global medical provider database CTY, and its usage in offices in the
Region
• Supervise knowledge sharing is conducted by Local IMN network managers in CTY - including update of new
provider and updates on existing ones, detailed provider profile, contracting and pricing information, credentials,
etc…
• If requested, provide regional network description in terms of provider count, profile, pricing, etc... and network
requirements to central teams

Integration Support
• Lead the Network comparison and integration roadmap between Asia Assistance and Asia Assistance. This
includes setting the base of our joint network in Asia in terms of contracting, branding, account management
strategy as well as setting up the regional team.
• Set the strategy for the selected joint-network in terms of account management allocation, contry allocation,
targets foreseen in terms of quality and costs.
• Support the Medical Hub building, representing IMN expertise with a focus on Air Ambulance, activation of
selected providers ( = support to active orientation) and training of the Operations and medical staff on IMN.

o People management skills: role involves direct management of local IMN managers

o Leadership skills: including ability to represent AXA Assistance & AXA Group vis a vis medical providers,
lead negotiation with providers, obtain favourable terms, ensure internally on time payment to providers in
the region

- Technical (IMN) Skills:
o Negotiation skills & Relationship management with key providers
o Knowledge & experience in Assistance Operations
o Project Management skills: including multi-country teams & contract deployments
o Marketing & Partnership: knowledge of competition, fees, healthcare system
- Finance & Cost Management Skills:
o Analytical skills
o Understanding of Dashboards & performance reports (incl. SLAs)
- Communication Skills:
o Capacity to manage concurrent expectations of several stakeholders
o Reactive in coordinating information needs of Central, Regional & Local teams

- Others
o IT Skills: Excel (including pivot tables), PowerPoint, internal IMN tools (CTY, Webcorp)
o English: ability to speak & write in English to international stakeholders
