Job Summary
As a Regional HRBP, you will be reporting to Head of Division HR and play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function.
This position involves a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, benefits review, talent management, HR processes and SOPs, and other related HR activities.
Working closely with other HR partners and business leaders, you will be a key contributor to fostering a positive and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
You will create a trust-building partnership with internal customers, develop solutions, plans and executes the implementation in order to ensure high quality HR work and deliverables.
This role acts as the central point of contact for all HR topics within the Division.
Main Responsibilities
Partner with the Site HR team to deploy and implement on HR Programs (ie: Total Rewards Planning, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR Digitalization)
Leading HR Transformation Projects aiming to enhance operational efficiency, employee experience and organization culture
Work closely with HR team inclusive of corporate COE Functions to maintain knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources and ensure policies, procedures and reportings follow with compliance.
Ensure data integrity with HRIS and provide timely responses to reporting requests.
Actively involved in the Budgeting and workforce planning process and monitor monthly data analytics such as turnover rate, workforce cost etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
Proven experience as HR Generalist preferably in senior role and or with regional exposure
In-depth knowledge in Talent Management, Total Rewards, Organization Design, Change Leadership, and Organizational Development
Solid HR functional competency across various HR functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of influencing plant/business leaders to drive HR initiatives
Ability to work efficiently in a multi-international and matrixed organization
Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Fluent in spoken English, Malay and Chinese is a must.#J-18808-Ljbffr
