**You are responsible for**
1. Manage all operational task for the Region
+ Ariba S2C (Drive all tasks from creation to signing)
+ PMT (Create, manage all steps of PMT)
+ SAP/ OSCAR / Supplier creation and update
+ P2P relationship / support for payment, invoicing issues
+ Drive QlikView reports and support data analytics
2. Lead the preparation of GSRS Survey and prepare key information for the SAM
+ Stakeholder collection
+ Survey emailing, collection
+ Track BRM, action / improvement plan
3. RFQ management
+ Manage E2E RFQ needed by business
4. Field-glass management: Manage all future aspect of Fieldglass when used for Statement of Work – Including the SOW process management with Stakeholder, and follow up process,
5. Drive compliance, contract and risk management
+ Conducts assessments to identify and manage critical supplier parameters on a continuous basis covering risk, regulatory compliance, financial exposure and related liabilities (e and creating corresponding mitigation and contingency plans with business continuity in mind
+ Ensures full compliance regarding sustainability and regulatory requirements
+ Ensures all contracts (QA, MSA, CNA) are properly managed in contract following defined processes, policies and guidelines
+ Manages and demands continuously improved quality from supplier and drives clear actions to achieve it.
6. Daily Management, spend analytics, tracking of Funnel / TCO to reach the Spend
7. Management KPIManage the Tail spend, supply base reduction, drive the spend to the core suppliers
**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
1. KPI linked to the tool effectiveness (speed, completeness, correctness)
2. Ownership of GSRS Management prior and past BRM / Own the regionalization of performance improvement tracking
3. Contracting management E2E

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
1. Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of work experience
2. Good computer skill: windows, outlook, Microsoft: excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
3. Proficient English skill. Speaking of any below languages will be a plus: Korean, Japanese, Malay, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Chinese.
