Your main job duties will include;
Build and nurture long-term relationships with priority clients to drive business growth.
Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Cross-sell a range of wealth management products and services, providing personalized financial advice tailored to each client's needs.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Achieve business performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines and manage operational risk in all client interactions.The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of proven wealth sales experience or an equivalent background.
Strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals and wealth management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
A demonstrated track record of sales success and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
