Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. This part-time position is perfect for someone with 6 years of experience in client relations and a strong drive to excel in a remote working environment. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Remote Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing client interactions, maintaining relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Implement strategies to enhance client relations and drive business success- Assist in the development of client retention and acquisition strategies- Manage client accounts and contracts effectively

Requirements:- 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and resourceful personality traits- Proficiency in people management and negotiation- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
