Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent and resilient, with strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and exceed expectations- Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding a high standard of service

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace- Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems preferred
