This is a full-time on-site role for a Residence Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton Residences in WP, Kuala Lumpur.
The Residence Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services, handling reservations, communication with residents and guests, performing receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.Qualifications
Concierge Services and Reservations experience
Strong communication and Receptionist Duties skills
Customer Service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
