Restaurant Supervisor

• Assist the Restaurant owners in Interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counselling and disciplining outlet staff.
•Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules
• Conducting regular inspections of the restaurants kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
• Monitoring the restaurants cash flow and settling outstanding bills
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
• Minimum 2 years experience and willing to work for long hours. Foreigner can apply only with working permit.
• Have experience in Western Foods / Cafe is highly advantageous.
• Can work in Equine Park.
• Can speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
