Responsibilities: - Acts as a brand ambassador for the brand and build relationships with customers, fashion journalist, stylist and celebrities - Sales - To ensure sales growth and targets are met - Operations - Manage sales floor, back-of house and visual merchandising - Staffing - Coaching and mentorship - Customer relationship management - updating customer contact details, rewarding high spenders, maintaining and developing relationships - Manage pop-up, events and trunk shows - Assist in Instagram - Posting and responding direct messaging - Assist in E-commerce platform and data mining Benefits: - Basic + Comission - 5 working days - Designer uniform provided - Medical & dental benefits - Annual performance & company bonus Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. - At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Social Media, E-commerce
