This role is responsible for managing the retail outlets, working closely with the top management team in expanding the business to a greater height. This experienced individual will be monitoring the business of the retail outlets and ensuring the staffs on the ground are well-trained. Job responsibilities: Deliver exceptional product qualityAble to explain and convince the director to introduce better management tools based on past working experience and current company operation performance/ challenges to improve operation productivity and quality standard.Ensure the store team’s weekly quality audit score above 90% or improving towards the target within 1 month.Perform once a month weekend audit and produce a analysis report to independent audit. Deliver WOW! customer service Launch of Customer Service & Mystery Shopper Program and achieve satisfactory level / 90% score above within 6 months of launch.Utilize the digitalization to run the above programme in the most productive way Deliver great showmanship and craftsmanship Collaborate with the Operation Manager on store SOP execution. Continuous improvement with growth mindset Launch 5 newly developed or improved 5 existing SOPs every 6 months approved by director.Ensure effective execution of new SOPs to the on-ground staffs. Bring the best out of the talent Develop and execute effective talent tree development approved by the director through effective training, supported by Human Resources recruitment efforts.Conduct complete training on employee orientation, CX, and food safety and quality related training programs.Conduct effective and thorough KPI exercise on time and prepare the quarterly report on ARM talent development plan. Sales AnalysisPrepare the monthly business executive report which include proposals in terms ofStore customer experienceStore manpower productivity,Operation efficiency,Sales movement,Next month sales forecast,Operation process improvement. Job requirements: At least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Retail or relevant disciplines. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Preferably Managerial Level in Retails F&B Industry or equivalent. Accuracy, Punctual, Good execution, Talent acquisition, Good delegation skill, Collection fact, Precise and clear communication skill, Good analytic skill. Able to develop necessary new SOP based on own analysis of new business environment.
