ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
Advise customers by providing information on products; offering suggestions, opinions, and demonstrations as per customer requirements and needs.
Plan and execute store sales and profitability targets of the Company; execute store-wide marketing and promotion campaigns.
Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
Ensure the outlet is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness, as well as visual merchandising standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Oversee the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
Compile and review competitors' marketing and sales activities periodically, as well as an ongoing collection of market data, trends, and information.
Maintain outlet staffing by recruiting, training, coaching, counselling, and empowering outlet staff; fostering a positive environment.
Coordinate deliveries, check inventory numbers, record missing or stolen merchandise, and plan special discount offers as needed.
Handle staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals, and performance reviews.
Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
