Job Description Lead and manage all aspects of the Reservations department and ensure all service standards are followedManage and coordinate all group and individual reservationsAssist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize rooms revenue all distribution channelsMaintain and manage Passkey inventory, property content and guest communication templatesManage daily inventory control, balance and room assignmentLoad, maintain and manage all Business Transient rates on all distribution channels. Conduct on-going audit for accuracy and visibility on channelsAssist with maintaining accurate hotel content on branded websites and all 3rd party websitesMaintain accuracy of information/data and enhance automation efforts in reporting toolsAssist in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documentsAssist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to operation teamMonitor changes in inventory and provide guidance on the impact of current strategiesMonitor group blocks and assess risk, while making strategy recommendationsCoordinates the implementation of selling strategiesAssist with accurately generate and update Revenue Management reportsAssist with system maintenance including but not limited to, inputting rates, restrictions, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting and running daily system checksAssist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systemsParticipate and contribute in all revenue related initiativesPerform ad-hoc tasks, analysis, and reporting on a needed basis to senior leadershipCommunicates effectively between Reservations, Sales, Convention Services, Accounting and Front Desk Qualifications At least 3 years minimum experience in a similar rolePrevious reservations experience requiredStrong working knowledge of Property Manager (Opera Cloud) and IDeaS preferredPrevious experience within group and tour markets preferredDetail oriented with strong analytical skillsStrong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of organizationMust work well in stressful, high pressure situations Additional Information Join us at Accor, where life pulses with passion!?
