JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provides continuous helpdesk support via telephone, chat, and email related to the product.
- Employs a high level of interpersonal and communication skills while solving customer’s issues.
- Conducts basic probing to determine the next action to customer’s inquiries.
- Processes and manages orders or cases via support systems and portals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate with SPM level qualification with at least 1 years of service industry experience is also encouraged to apply.
- Open to Fresh Graduates who are keen to explore Call Centre/ Customer Service field with MNC!
- Fluent in all three languages: Simplified Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
- The applicant must be willing to work on Rotational Shift from 7 am to 1 am (Schedule will be given weekly by weekly). 9 1/2 hours per shift including 1 1/2 hour break time.
- Shift Time: 7am to 4pm; 10am to 7pm; 1pm to 10pm; 4pm to 1am- Rotational Off day (6 days work per week)
- Have no issue to start working on 12th Oct 2020 (Training will be provided with Full Salary).
- Have no issue to be based at Johor (Nusajaya) Office.
- Interview Tips will be provided.
WORKING HOUR:

SALARY PACKAGE:
- Salary: RM 3,000 Basic + Full Attendance Allowance RM 300 + Night Shift Allowance RM 300 + KPI Allowance RM 300 + EPF + SOCSO + Annual Leave
