(Rm5,000) Mandarin Speaking Senior Digital Marketing/Social Media Specialist (Penang)

Benefits:
Salary Package: Up to RM 5,000 Basic + Medical Allowance + Overtime
Allowance + Travel Allowance + Annual Bonus
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Location: BAYAN LEPAS, PENANG
Reporting to: CMO
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
2. Required languages: English and Mandarin
3. At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
5. Self-driven and self-starter who takes initiative and prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines
6. Team player with a proactive can-do attitude
7. Possess good leadership, people and project management skills.
8. Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback.
9. Ability and willingness to manage up and laterally.
10. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
11. Experience in handling subscribers & newsletter.
12. Good knowledge & best practices of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media, Google Adwords, affiliate marketing and email marketing
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for content creation, graphic design, photography, video, budgeting, ad account management, and scheduling.
2. In charge of the overall strategic planning, budgeting and managing marketing campaigns to boost our company’s brand, products, and services across multiple platforms
3. Develop and monitor campaign budgets
4. Plan and manage our social media platforms
5. Monitor and identify important metrics that affect our website traffic, search rankings and target audience
6. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
7. Evaluate and prepare accurate reports on campaign results and performance across major search platforms • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for all the marketing campaigns
8. Identify the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to conceptualise and execute marketing strategies to engage with our customers/partners
9. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
10. Coordinate and work closely with Content Management & Creative teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth ideas to boost marketing results
11. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
