Saas/Cots Engineer

The Offer Leadership Role Great work environment The Job Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and configuration of SaaS and COTS products to address organisational requirements.
Tailor software solutions to align with business processes and technical specifications.
Facilitate seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, data sources, and third-party applications.
Create custom scripts or configurations as necessary to enhance performance and user experience.
Ensure reliable and effective integrations between SaaS/COTS solutions and other enterprise systems.
The Profile Candidate Requirements A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in this role.
Proficiency in configuring and customising SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, MS Power Platform, or similar tools.
Experience working with COTS solutions across various industries (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and middleware technologies.
Familiarity with software development languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL for customisation purposes.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
All nationalities welcome, but must be in Malaysia with 2 years of local experience.
