Safety Coordinator

Scope of work1) Plan and implement OHS policies and programs.2) Advise and lead employees on various safety- related topics.3) Prepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basis.4) Review existing policies and procedures.5)Adhere to all the rules and regulations.6) Work with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety.7) Conduct Risk assessment.8) Enforce preventive measures.9) Identify process bottelnecks and offer timely solutions.10) Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules.11) Conduct safety observation reports on a regular basis.12) Educate employees on safety, standards and expectations as well as safe machinery operation.13) Investigate accidents that occur onsite and identify possible cause of accident.14)Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents and related events.15) Acts as liaison between management and JKKP or external safety agencies.16)Provide recommendations for improving safety in workplace.**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kamunting: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
