Position Overview:As aSales and Account Manager , you will be the key point of contact for clients looking to outsource roles to Malaysia.
You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and work closely with clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Lead Generation:
Identify and target businesses in high-cost labor markets that could benefit from outsourcing their operations and recruitment to Malaysia.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Sales Presentations & Proposals:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Account Growth & Retention:
Work proactively to retain and grow accounts.
Collaboration with Operations Team:
Coordinate with the operations and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of outsourced services.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Contract Negotiation & Closing:
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years in sales or account management, ideally within the outsourcing, recruitment, or HR services industry.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts.
Negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals.
Preferred:
Experience in HR outsourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
