Sales And Operation Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary- Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies- Monitoring outlet weekly & monthly sales achievement- Prepare outlet weekly and monthly report- Conduct event for boosting sales**Requirements**:- Ability to handle high levels of pressure and make critical decision-making.- Has good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact and engage with employee at all levels.- Good working knowledge in Operation and Management- Energetic, high motivated with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success- Preferred Mandarin Speaker- Willing to travel**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
