Sales And Project Management Office Executive

1. Manage the timely, accurate and compliant processing of sales orders (small parts to huge projects)
2. Plan and ensure all incoming orders are fulfilled in time
3. Monitor order processing flows and collaboratively respond to potential delivery or product availability problems and communicate to the customer timely.
4. Communicate with internal departments to resolve aging transaction and propose proper suggestion
5. Assures timely and useful updates on orders and project status to relevant stakeholders
6. Support Project Management Office in prioritizing initiatives/actions
7. Maintain good communications with customers, company’s engineering, procurement, and operations team.
8. Work with internal production and logistics to ensure customer’s requirements are met and orders get shipped accordingly
9. Spare parts database management
10. Other special projects, as assigned
