Main responsibility include:
- Drive customer by identifying their engineering needs and bringing the state of the art products to customers.
- Identify new sales channels by establishing personal rapport with potential customers.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales.
- Analyze and evaluate sales trends, market performance, penetration and distribution in each segment.
- Develop customer’s relationship by providing technical information and training.
- Prepare costing and quotation by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness and meet the personal annual sales target.
- Interface with cross-functional teams in order to drive excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
- Candidate must possess a Degree preferably in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering.
- Candidate with experience in motion control system, electric drive and control will have an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of related working experience in technical sales function.
- Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways
- Independent, versatile, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset and good problem solving skills.
- Good business communication skills, technical knowhow, business presentation and public speaking.
