Responsibilities:
Manage and understand the needs and questions of customers.
Provide the best service and wisely promote the sale of products.
Prepare sales/promotional area according to the layout, ensuring cleanliness and adequacy.
Prepare and provide merchandise for the Electrical/Audio Visual Department.
Process returns of defective goods to the supplier.
Assist in monthly stock-taking.
Attend training when necessary.
