Sales Clerk / Coordinator

Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).- Conducts daily sales calls and arranges familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.- Disseminates sales related information to other departments as appropriate.- Closely follows up with all business leads, assigned projects or duties, and advise immediate superior with job progress. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
