1. TO HANDLE ALL COORDINATION OF SUPPORT OF THE DEPARTMENT
2. TO SUPPORT AND COORDINATE WITH SALES TEAM AND ALL RELATED DEPARTMENT WITH ACCURACY AND TIMELINESS
3. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT TO DEPARTMENT INCLUDING PREPARATION OF QUOTATION, PRODUCT INFORMATION, SALES ORDER, DELIVERY ORDER AND INVOICES
4. COORDINATE WITH MAIN OFFICE, PRODUCTION AND LOGISTIC TEAM TO ENSURE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AS PER TIMELINE GIVEN
5. TO ATTEND CUSTOMER INQUIRIES REGARDING QUOTATIONS, DELIVERY SCHEDULE, SAMPLES PREPARATION AND FOLLOW UP ON FORECAST.
6. OTHER AD HOC TASK WHEN REQUIRED
