ResponsibilitiesAssist Sales teams with sales reports, tracking metrics, documentation, and event coordination.
Process and track orders, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order updates.
Generate and analyse sales reports, and maintain customer databases.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Logistics, and Finance for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and events; maintain sales contracts and proposals.
Assist to conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends, and provide insights to the sales & marketing teams.
5 days work in a week

Job RequirementsDiploma or Degreein a related field (Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management).
2-3 yearsin sales coordination or administrative support
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient inMicrosoft Office & CRM software
Excellentorganizational abilities & attention to detail
Effective atresolving issues & managing tasksin a fast-paced environment.
