Job Description
Key Roles:
- Provide clerical and administrative support functions to sales teams
- Handle customer order processing and follow up delivery status of order
- Prepare quotation, delivery order and Tax invoice
- Handle incoming calls and walk-in customer enquiries
- Print daily reports
- Responsible for the monitoring of daily of sales administration and operational functions
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when needed
- To maintain an efficient filling system
- Perform other related tasks assigned by your superior
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Preferably with min. 1 year of working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training are provided
- Preferably language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added advantage
- Required Skill(s): Excellent communication and follow up skill, good problem solving skill, multi-tasking, self-motivated with ability to work independently and result-oriented.
- Team player, dynamic, mature with positive attitude and willing to learn
