Job Description :
- Support sales team in liaise with local distributors in relates with golf and sporting goods products.
- Assist and support all sales activities and also during fieldwork. This include visit golf shop to better understand the competitor’s promotion.
- To manage and coordinate after sales and service activities.
- To assist and support in implementation of marketing activities such as updates in social media, sending out electronic direct mailers and take part in marketing fieldwork.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and plans.
- To co-ordinate and attend sales and marketing official function include, demo days, product launching and other related events.
- To administer sales and marketing support including preparing sales agreement or service proposal.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing system and ensure effective document control for the easy access and retrieval.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistic department to follow up on inventory status, schedule and status of delivery. Need to attend urgent delivery when required.
- To undertake any task or assignment that may be assigned to you by your immediate superior or management from time-to-time.
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in operation and administration.
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Candidates must possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Proficiency in the use of desktop applications and window based programs.
- Good team player who is independent and self-motivated.
- Responsible. Good verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt fast during on job training.
- When required will need to attend official function on weekends and public holidays.
- Equipped with Social Media Marketing knowledge would be added advance.
