Sales Cum Marketing Manager

Responsible in acquiring new business and meeting the sales productivity target set by the management
Providing health advice and promoting healthcare product
We are looking for MANAGERS who can take up the challenges, be independent, has the mindset of entrepeur, and has the ability to lead the team
Job Requirements:
(Manager) Minimum have three years sales experience in any industry
Preferbly working experience in the
Retail
Seminar or Event
Roadshow Sales
Multi-Level Marketing
Dealership
Online Marketing
Telemarketing or related field
Willing to work outstation and able to work on weekend including public holiday according to long operation hour.
Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals.
Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
Developing educational games and other activities.
Ability of effective communication and presentation.
Knowledge about curriculum development.
Interacting with the staff periodically to understand the progress and necessary requirements.
Prepare and manage the reports and present them before the higher authorities and trustees.
Benefit for candidate
(Manager) Basic salary minimum RM3500 to RM6000 plus commission
Oversea trip (Japan, Taiwan, etc)
Monthly performance reward (not commission)
Candidate who have good performance and attitude, we WILL promote you to MANAGER, and also lead a team.
