Sales Engineer

Position Title : Sales Engineer
Location: base in Melaka
Renumeration: Basic salary plus entitled for commission
Working Schedule : 5 days per week

To continue and accelerate our growth, we are seeking a high energy direct sales representative in Malaysia for our Semiconductor Backend Division providing.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Expand coverage and develop new customer accounts in Semiconductor companies
• Able to manage and harmonise pressure arising from yield and uptime focused customer base
• Plan and execute sales efforts to meet or exceed corporate sales and revenue goals
• Identify, quantify and develop new opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Develop and facilitate close relationships with key customers
• Develop and maintain accurate account records, action plans, and sales forecasts
• Share insights on new product or service opportunities based on continuous customer interactions and relationships
Job Requirements:
• Prior Engineering related experience in the Semiconductor Backend environment
• At least 5 years direct Semiconductor Backend experience
• Strong technical background
• Key account management experience preferred
