Sales Engineer

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): demostration, sales, presentation
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
Possession of own transport required.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities: Service new and existing customers and maintaining good relations at all levels
Gaining new customers and new applications for existing customers
Promote our products and services, handle sales opportunities
Apply technical knowledge and be confident in the engineering aspects of features and benefits relating to customer needs (Product and sales training will be provided)
Presenting sales pitches to new and existing customers
Provide accurate forecasts and reports as required
Simple contract negotiations
Provide first level technical support to customers.
Grow and expand the market by identifying potential customers
Plan and organize sales call and customer visit schedule
Achieve annual sales and collection target set by the company
Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
Handle incoming sales inquiry and identify the needs of the customer
Identify customer base and build a strong relationship with them
Develop technical and commercially viable solutions (with Sales Manager) to client requirements
Follow-up on quotations submitted
