Job PurposeA sales executive is responsible for helping to build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling product to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. They will also need to stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills by attending classes, seminars or workshops.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide information and advice on our academic program and the education group's approach to parents & students who contact us to enquire. Maintain CRM to ensure up-to-date data of all the leads.Assist in events that will drive more enrolments.Assist students with registration by collecting all required documentation, and facilitate entry assessment as necessary.Ensure the company sales target is being met.Ensure good customer service by addressing customers’ concerns, and provide feedback to the team accordingly.Be ready to step in for your team members if they need assistance.Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Job RequirementsMust have own transportation.Good verbal and written communication skill, confident, motivated and result-driven.Proficient in English and Mandarin.Prior experience in sales is a plus.Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeHands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.Fast learner and passion for sales.Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.Reporting ToHead of Sales, indirectly reporting to Group Chief Commercial OfficerConsultant in Charge Phoebe Loke (**********) |
