Consistently meet given goals and matrixes and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals
Determine and identify sales opportunities to acquire, manage and build strategic relationships with sellers, in order to achieve the short and long-term sales objectives together with the team
At a more senior level, you would be given the responsibility of a category to manage where you are expected (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales volumes of the category
RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
Experience in the e-commerce industry would be an added advantage
Previous experience in Sales with a consistent track record of hitting KPIs
Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus
Good sense of numbers and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
Must be motivated, and constantly driven to learn or try out new things
Ability to converse in English and (optional) Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
