Responsibilities:Plan and carry out daily and monthly sales strategies.
Monitor quality of every product, monthly target sales, project budget margin, and safety.
Conduct cost reduction and manage expenses.
Develop or penetrate grounds for new business and orders from customers in relation to the company business.
Follow up with the official PO and prepare quotations.
Maintain confidentiality of all company information and refrain from discussing the company's quotations, internal sourcing, and customer information with the outside market.
Ensure all procedures and documents used are in compliance with the ISO registered flow.
Support and attend to customer requirements, feedback, and requests.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys at least once a year.
Coordinate with related departments about details and other requirements from customers.
Willing to travel for business purposes.
Carry out any other duties assigned by superior/management from time to time.
