Sales Executive - Real Estate Consultant

Are you passionate about real estate and sales? We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Harta Impiana.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Attend to both walk-in and call-in customer inquiries, providing excellent service and information about available properties.Market Research: Conduct thorough market studies of surrounding real estate projects to stay ahead of trends and provide valuable insights to clients and the sales team.Advertisement Planning: Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns to effectively market our properties across various channels (digital, print, etc.).Reporting: Update and maintain weekly sales reports and customer inquiry reports to track progress and performance. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.Experience with planning and executing advertising campaigns (preferred but not required)
