Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
Identify potential clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties.
Assess the value of properties using market research and comparative market analysis.
Create property listings with detailed descriptions and high-quality photos.
Arrange property showings and tours for potential buyers.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.
Prepare and review purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Stay informed about local real estate market conditions, including property values, inventory, and searching listings.
Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and attorneys.
Keep track of financial transactions and commissions.
RequirementsCandidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma qualifications or Degree qualifications.
Proven work experience (at least 3 years) as a sales and marketing executive within property development.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
High level of proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Familiarity with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and web analysis).
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
A good team player.
