**Key role and responsibilities**:- Develop and implement a sales strategy to gain new potential clients.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.- Promote and sell our snack food products to customers in assigned territories or accounts.- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads, and building relationships with potential customers.- Achieve sales targets by meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion.- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer requirements.- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide timely and accurate information to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our snack food products.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, pricing, and promotional activities.- Maintain market competency by keeping an eye on costs, competition, supply and demand.- Motivate & coach the sales team to achieve revenue growth whilst implementing good quality sales.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Holidays- Monday to Friday- On call- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Melayu, English / Mandarin (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
