**Description of our business**:CSF Agency is a financial institution that provides services and products to our clients. We are established in 2009.**Job Scopes**:- Perform market research to determine potential for selling and analyze client needs- Participate in marketing and planning evaluation activists- Develop marketing plans in collaboration with sales teams.- Identify new referral sources and follow up with clients to find out the needs to re-establish the service- Keep on seeking new opportunities (i.e. launch networking, managing social media editorials))- Conscious of the current industry regulations**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification, Diploma and Bachelor Degree is an advantage- Excellent and proficient communication skills in English & Malay, Mandarin is an advantage- Passionate acquiring new skills and knowledge- Strong leadership and team working skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent verbal and presentation skills- Willingness to extend your sales knowledge- Must be a result-driven and self-motivated individual- Have their own transportation**Benefits**:- Financial support up to RM3000 is provided (T&C applied)- Entrepreneurial training and guidance are provided- Cash and contest incentives- Flexible working hours- Supportive work culture- Career development**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
