Sales & Key Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:Your number one job is to work closely with distributors to ensure the delivery of sales result through monitoring all distribution tasks and executing below the line marketing as planned.In order to deliver sales figure, you need to build relationship with distributors' sales representatives and motivate them to carry out distribution as planned.Personal Character:Hardworking. Willing to travel intensively and long hour work when necessary to get things done.Someone who always let the numbers do the talking.Good to follow up character and pleasant personality which people loves to associate. General Requirements:Able to travel outstation.Possess car.Speak English and Mandarin.Minimum 2 years field sales or distributors sales in BEAUTY INDUSTRY. KPI:Primary: Distributors' trade sales.Secondary: Number of outlet penetrated. Outlet active rate.
