Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:• Accomplishes department objectives by planning and evaluating department activities.• Planning and developing staff recruitment.• Coaching and empower staff to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.• Requires to do minimum sales requirement, in order to be certified by the Bank Negara Malaysia.• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.Requirement:• Aged between 28 to 45 years old.• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Level in any field.• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and (Other Languages will be an added advantage)• At least 5 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sale/Insurance Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.• Possess PCE/TBE/CEILLI licenses will be an added advantage• Job scope is preparation to certified as manager before certified will involve dealing with clients to get your experience and with the working group to practice teamwork and certified together• As this position, all in benefit yearly income is RM 360K • Flexible time• Nearby LRT Pusat Bandar Puchong• CV and payslip needed before interview granted
