Working Location: PFCC Tower 5, Puchong
Working hours: 5 Days/ office hours
Job Description and responsibilities:
Plan, develop and direct effective strategic sales plans to potential customers and increase sales to achieve company?s revenue growth, hitting sales targets by managing the sales team and customers base expansion.
Developing & improving sales team work-related expertise & knowledge (selling tactics & products knowledges) to enhance sales team productivity.
Build and promote strong, long lasting business relationship with customers and knowledge to their needs.
Managing sales expenses for booth participation, sponsorship & optimizing sales coverage.
Working closely with marketing department in implementing sales & marketing strategies to achieve objective / targets.
Provide company with suggestion and recommendation to further improve the competitiveness and productivity.
Provide excellent and satisfying after sales service to customers.
Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports, valuation report and monthly business review.
Requirement:
Diploma/ Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in business plan development is an added advantage.
Possess people coaching experience with strong leadership skill.
Good command of written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin ( in order to understand and handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin speaking customers).
Able to work independently and goal driven.
Proven track record will be an added advantage.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Asst Sales Manager/Sales Executive.
Possess a car and a valid driving license, willing to travel.
Salary : RM4,000 - RM5,000 /month (negotiable)
