Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Negotiation and Deal Closure : Lead negotiations with potential clients and distributors, closing sales deals that are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.
Market Analysis and Reporting : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments.
Regularly report on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.
Team Leadership and Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure seamless operations and successful execution of sales initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
Able to speak fluent English
At least 5 years working and familiar with the local furniture market
A proven sales track record
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
