Responsibilities:Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the Company's addressable market segment and ensures its strong presence.
Responsible for cultivating new customers and new businesses in the Automobile market segment.
Define business and marketing objective setting, cultivate, track and achieve the defined target, deliver the desired result.
Lead and drive the sales team across the Malaysian market to increase business growth and market penetration.
Requirements:Minimum Diploma in any field
Preference for candidates with marketing, business, or R&D experience of the Automobile segment.
No experience is needed but candidates with experience in the related field will have an advantage.
Possesses a high analytical mind.
Possess good communication skills both written and oral.
Result-oriented mindset, able to define and achieve defined business targets for new customers and new market segment cultivation.
Self-motivated and open mindset, capable of transforming failures into opportunities.
A positive mindset that involves being confident and willing to take on challenges.
