Job Descriptions- The Sales Manager will have a high level of autonomy in developing new business. The incumbent is expected to be a self-starter and able to work at a fast pace in a very dynamic business environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks across different market segments and see them through completion.- Required to maintain existing business and develop new products of new-to-the-company's industry or new business channel to the company.- Builds a growth portfolio of short, medium and long-term opportunities with high probability of success.- Develops and executes strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and value-creating objectives in assigned territories, in alignment with business strategies and marketing plans.- Builds relationships across multiple functions within internal and external customers and influencers- Work closely with counterparts or principals for smoother operation, costing issue and to achieve target set.- Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new potential customers.- Provide timely technical solutions to customers (Know-how).- Keep abreast with market trend and development in order to effectively execute sales strategy.- Coordinate and participate in industry trade show, seminars and other networking sessions.- Ensure prompt payment collection from customer.- Managing subordinates.**Requirements**:- Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and converting opportunities to sales- Preferably 5 years prior work experience in Technical Sales or Customer Account Management roles.- Track record in driving innovation strategy is a plus.- Relevant experience in the industry of Electronics (Printed Circuit Board - PCB or Printed Circuit Board Assembly - PCBA) is regarded.- Business acumen, highly driven, team player and result orientated.- Ability to develop and manage New Business for the company will be prioritized in this position.- Must be proactive, outgoing, flexible person and have good interpersonal skills.- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.- Willing to travel outstation or regionally when required.- Diploma or Degree or its equivalent.Attractive Benefits- 5 working day per week- AWS & Yearly Variable Bonus based on KPI Achievement- Medical & Insurance Coverage- Opportunity of Oversea & Regional Exposure in Various Industry- Well Organized Career Advancement PlanDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
