Sales Manager

1. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach2. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs3. Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance4. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them5. Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress**Requirements**:- Must posses driving license and transportation.- 7 year of experience in sales.- Know well about the market in Miri and Bintulu.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM7,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 2 years (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
