We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable._"JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Find, recruit and establish a team of Sales Agents to promote and secure sign ups and installations for Astro services- Coach and motivate team members to achieve set sales targets and to provide good customer service- Plan, organise and implement sales activities to achieve sales targets.- Ensure all documentation requirements are met and submitted in a timely manner.- Take immediate corrective action in cases where team members deviate from set policies and procedures.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field- Able to lead and motivate the team- Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service oriented mindset- Independent, self-motivated and possess positive attitude, Results oriented- Ability to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment- Mature, dynamic and proactive- Able to organize resources, present report and coordinate project work
