Sales Manager, Personal Financing (Kuala Lumpur)Lead a team of Sales staff towards achievement of assigned Personal Financing (PF) target.
Provide leadership and management to Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve business KPIs.
Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff.
Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized.
Motivate, guide and coach sales staff.
Develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns.
Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales.
Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts.
Cross selling of other retail banking products such as ASB, PF, Credit cards, etc.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank.
Protect the image and brand of the bank.
People Management:
Responsible for the recruitment, coaching, development, retention and termination of staff.
Responsible for the motivation and development of a high performance and results driven work culture.
Customer Service Management:
Anticipates customers' needs to deliver quality service and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience insales and Personal Loan .
Good written and verbal communication skills (local knowledge and dialect is a plus).
Basic understanding of sales operation & banking products.
Experience in sales management and leading sales team.
Winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work independently.
Good track record of sales achievement.
Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented.
Ability to relate and connect to local community.
