2. Demonstrating product features to customers .
3. Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
4. Maintain good working harmony in a team & Employ energetic sales techniques, work to
close the sale
Qualification & Experience:
1. Strong leadership and customer management abilities
2. Strong negotiation skills
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Proven sales experience
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including active listening
Experience in railway industry and telecommunication will be an added advantage.
