Sales Manager (Vertical Transportation)

Job Responsibilities: Conduct analysis on market trends/needs.
Gather information on competitor pricing/product quality.
Prepare price estimation.
Established new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Provide product, service to future customer quotation or prospects.
Product presentation to consultants, architects and clients.
Develop and maintain rapport on current approach/ strategy.
Attend tender interview, proposal and price review.
Liaise with consultants, architects and clients.
Assist consultants on car design, dimensions and car construction.
Maintain accurate reports and records including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals and customer sales activity.
Requirements and Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Engineering.
May consider for candidate with or without Engineering background.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Those with at least 2 years(s) of working experience in Lift industry is much preferred.
Must be willing to travel outstation.
Able to work independently
