Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:- Sales activities, digital advertising & marketing campaign, after sales service to achieve sales target.- Able to plan, organize, coordinate & carry out assigned jobs.- To develop new customer database via creative sales activities.- Handle all outdoor activities arrangement and inquiries.- Promote the service & product available- Handle the production of marketing materials and literature such as web content, brochures and press releases.- Handle the collection of information for promotional literature.- Visit clients and attend trade shows and exhibitions.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service through phone and messenger.- To lead the school group, and travel agency booking and others related sales activities such as trade show, events, party at the discretion of the management.- Assist in TGTT's booking and reservation matters.- Make sales referrals, up selling, and cross-sell product and introduce new attractions.- Other duties at the discretion of the Management.REQUIREMENT:1) Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.2) Able to work independently with minimum supervision3) A team player who is self-motivated and result oriented with strong desire to succeed4) Familiar with the latest trends in FB Digital Marketing5) Possess in extensive knowledge in social media.6) Multilingual is an advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Lukut: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
